2024-03-31 Baptism of Allen Xu Guang Zeng

Brother Xu Guang Zeng has an amazing conversion. He wasn't religious at all when he came to church, but because of his friend that invited him, he decided to give it a try. He always stays for the whole 2 hours in church, and he was able to gain more knowledge of Jesus Christ. The more he learned the more he was converted into Christ.

After meeting with the missionaries he decided to give up the old habits he had, follow the commandments and examples of Jesus Christ, he dressed in white on Mar 31st 2024, Easter Sunday, and made covenants with God!

Brother Li Zhong Huang just got baptized last December. He was able to exercise the priesthood he was given to baptize Brother Zeng, it was really neat.

曾弟兄有个很特别的归信故事。

来教会前他没有任何的宗教信仰，只是因为朋友邀请他就想说来看一看。他总是在教会待满2小时，所以有机会学习更多有关于耶稣基督的事情。他学的越多，就越相信耶稣基督。

在与传教士见面后，他决定放弃之前的习惯，遵从耶稣基督的诫命以及榜样，在2024年三月三十一号，复活节的时候，穿上洗礼服并和神立约！

施洗者黄利中弟兄去年12月刚受洗，他有机会运用他所被赐予的圣职为曾弟兄洗礼，真的很棒。

2024-03-31 New Relief Society Presidency

Today Brother Jason Liu announced in Sacrament meeting the release of the Branch Relief Society Presidency: Abbey Zhao, Sara Huang, Ella Chong. Then he sustained the new Relief Society Presidency: Sara Huang (president), Li-Fang Tsai (counselor), Ella Chong (counselor), and Maggie Zheng (secretary). Abbey Zhao had served as the Relief Society Presidency for the past 6 years. Thank you for your many years of service. Congratulations to the new Relief Society presidency.

2024-03-24 Primary Easter Activity

分會初級會復活節活動

三月二十四日，分會初級會會長團在會長Sophy Fugal 家組織了復活節活動。聖餐聚會結束後，小朋友和家長們聚在了Sophy的家中，大家先一起吃了午餐，然後製作了復活節彩蛋。小朋友們先各自挑選了自己喜歡的顏色，然後把煮熟的雞蛋放到溶解了顏料的水中，讓彩蛋染上了各種顏色。拿出來後還加入了閃片裝飾。製作彩蛋後，大家下去一樓一起觀看了關於復活節的訊息，學習了耶穌基督的復活和它的重要性。接著，大家一起去到後院裡尋找藏好的復活節彩蛋。小朋友們非常興奮，在院子裡到處跑，大家都找到了很多彩蛋。最後大家一起回到屋裡，打開彩蛋享用裡面的零食。

Branch Primary Easter Activity

On March 24th, the Branch Primary Presidency organized an Easter activity at President Sophy Fugal's house. After the sacrament meeting, children and their parents gathered at Sophy's house. We first had lunch together, and then we made Easter eggs. The children first chose their favorite colors and then put boiled eggs into water with dissolved dye, coloring the eggs in various colors. They also added glitter decorations afterwards. After making the eggs, everyone went downstairs to watch a Easter message, learning about the resurrection of Jesus Christ and its importance. Then, they all went to the backyard to search for hidden Easter eggs. The children were very excited, running around the yard and finding many eggs. Finally, everyone returned to the house, opened the eggs, and enjoyed the snacks inside.

2024-03 Young women painting Sister Liz and Jason's home to welcome new baby

 During school Spring Break, the branch's young women went to Sister Huffaker's home to help paint their baby room. Joanna, Michelle, Michelle's friend-Ivie, and Cayleigh spent many days and night's drawing up and then painting the walls and a mural for baby Liu. It was one of the best times for YW as they chatted away all day long while providing such a great service for the Liu family and for future baby. The bamboo forest with the panda characters are amazing!
