Youth Car Repair Activity

Piggy backing off the Stake Youth Temple Trip in the morning at 10am, the branch youth gathered at the home of the Ward's for a first ever Youth Car Repair Activity.  Brother and Sister Ward showed the youth how to change a tire and how to check the oil and other fluids.  The four youth who came received hands-on practice in putting on a spare tire.  Thanks to the Ward's for their time and efforts in helping the youth start to gain a valuable skill.

After church, a Linger-Longer activity was held for Sister Black. She will be returning home this week. After a few words from Sister Black and a blessing on the food, we broke our fast, socialized, and took lots of photos. Good luck, Sister Black.

Branch Game Night

The first ever Chinese Branch game night was held on June 13, 2015. The evening started off with a potluck dinner. We had so many games to play, including mah–jongg, pingpong, Chinese chess, Chinese checkers, Twister, in addition to various board games. Everybody had a fun time during the game night. But most of all, the special thing was that each member got a chance to know each other better. The game night helped the investigators to feel the love of the branch members. We are excited for the second game night to be held on July 18, 2015.

Primary Activity
Visitor Center Tour
On 6/6 we will have a branch temple session. It will start at 4:30pm. There will be a primary activity at the stake center as well starting at 4:00pm. At 7:30pm that same evening all members are invited by Elder Fowler of the Visitors' Center to give us a personal tour.
