2025-08-20 Preparing for Elder Ly's mission return

 It was a very fun preparation for the branch youth to welcome back Elder Ly! They planned an activity at President Zhao's home where they would make a poster and cutout of his face to welcome Elder Ly home at the airport. They were very creative and enjoyed each others' company.

After they were done, they played some board games!! They went crazy and laughter and silliness ensued.

The next day the youth and some adults went to the airport with the Ly family to welcome back Elder Ly. All the youth put on the "Elder Ly" face mask, holding up "Welcome Home Elder Ly", and Amelia even draw a very life-like large face of Elder Ly. He was thoroughly surprised with all the youth welcoming back. Sister Ly was very emotional to have her son back home.

2025-08-10 Farewell to Sis Meimei Lu & Bro Sam Mansfield

Sis Meimei Lu and Bro Sam Mansfield will move to San Diego for a job opportunity that Bro Mansfield has been hoping for. After much thoughts and prayer, on 8/10, they moved to California. Sam left two weeks early. They will be missed.

2024-07-12 Branch BBQ

Our branch had a great turn out to the BBQ. It was a hot sunny July day and we decided have the BBQ at the back of the stake center to grill some burgers and hot dogs. Even the Saturday English class students were invited. With plenty of food brought by friends, we had a great time inside the nice air conditioned culture hall. The music selection was played by Bro Vera. Friends and family played pickleball, pingpong, and catch up with each other.
