2023-09-06 Youth swimming pool party

 The Barlow's from the Kentland's ward was gracious to invite the youth to their home for the end of summer youth swimming party. They had a lot of fun playing volleyball and jumping off the diving board. 

Michelle was very supportive by showing up and diligent trying to do homework sitting at the ledge of the swimming pool.

2023-09-04 MCB Youth BBQ at Zhao's house

To end the Summer, the youth were invited to have waffle breakfast and burgers at the Zhao's house on Labor Day Monday. They played video games, board/card games, volleyball, watch movie, and so forth. 

 Also Sister Huffaker presented some awards for those that completed the Book of Mormon with really nice bookmarks and candy bars. Those that partially completed were awarded as well.

2023-08-27 Baptism of 洪子涵 Zihan Camille Hong

 洪子涵 Zihan Camille Hong has been attending our church close to a year before she was baptized. With all the hard work of many sets of missionaries and members' supporting to teach and bear testimonies of their conversion, Camille was baptized on the evening of 08/27 so her mom, Grace, was able to attend after she gets off work. Many members of the Kentland's youth attended to support her baptism. Grace was very grateful for the baptism event and later informed the missionaries that she too felt the Spirit.
