As one of the members of our branch says, "Somehow you always get yourself involved with the youth." That pretty much sums up the event. Event hough Da is not part of the youth leadership, he's always willing to help the youth leaders, Cary and Lauren Ning, with many things. As they are out of town and they need someone to help prepare the youth for Youth Conference this year going to Kirtland Ohio, Da decided to host it at his house. Instead of just watching the pre-quiresite videos, Da also decided to cook his famous burgers. All the youth showed up for the BBQ and then watched the church videos. Melinda and Javier even had some Q&As, whoever had the correct answers were awards a prize too! We hope the youth will learn something from the video and when they get to Kirtland, they will understand a whole lot more about that significant part of church history.
