Today, the youth went ice skating outdoors- organized by our wonderful leaders and branch presidency, thank you very much by the way! The rink was very crowded before and during the event, but luckily there weren’t any huge crashes (from our group, anyway- the other skaters probably had a different story to tell- I can remember two different types of wipe outs). The weather was perfect and we skated for around two hours, which definitely showed in my feet afterwards, although that could have just been because of the skates. Overall, it was a lot of fun to meet up with the other youth and struggle to find our balance, definitely an activity to do again sometime (but only when my feet have recovered). -Amelia Ly
