We strung lanterns above the side of the chapel and we had several decorations of the moon and the 玉兔。Everyone loved the food and the decor. The 月饼 made by the sisters of the branch was scrumptious. After the feast, we had five musical performances. In between all of the pieces, Sam and Meimei punctuated the setup time with fun trivial questions about 中秋节. First was Sister Yang, who played 但愿人长久 on her 二胡. The next performance was Elder Whisenant who played the famous piece 彩云追月 on the piano. Next, the choir favored everyone with 荷塘月色. After the choir, Sam played 教我如何不想她 on the cello. The final performance was the piece 月亮代表我的心 played by Clayton on the violin The branch was very lively and thoroughly enjoyed the festival.
