2023-07 Seneca Stake Young Women camping

The Seneca Stake Young Women went camping from July 25th to July 28th at New Germany State Park. Michelle, Joanna, and Camille went to this camping trip. It was Joanna and Camille's first, Michelle has gone to YW camping before. Everyone really enjoyed the days and nights spent at New Germany State Park. During testimony meeting, Michelle, Joanna, and Camille all shared wonderful testimonies and experiences of the trip.

2023-07-22 Branch Barbecue

At the back of the Seneca Stake Center, the branch sponsored a barbecue in the parking lot on the west side. In total over 50 members and friends attended the social on a very nice summer day. On a sunnny day with low humidity, a grill was fired up for hamburgers, hot dogs, spicy chicken, and Polish sausages.

The Young Women held a baking cookies activity at Sis Huffaker's home for Father's Day. The girls baked cookies in preparation for upcoming Stake Conference and handing home baked cookies to fathers. They baked close to 100 cookies for the fathers.

2023-06-10 MCB Youth Temple Baptism

After several months of family genealogy workshops from the guidance of the Andersons, we completed the mission by taking the names to the Temple and baptizing for them. Liz Huffaker and Jason Liu supported the youth! Sister Ella Chong witnessed first hand to know how it felt to be able to bring her family names to the the Temple, be baptized on their behalf and confirmed. She said she felt closer to her family. It was also Daniel Ly's first time going to the Temple and performing the baptisms at the font.
