On the half day of school before Thanksgiving, 5 young women gathered in the of Sister Zhao for a relaxing day of cooking instruction, practice, and enjoyment. The delectable dishes included potato casserole, ham potato soup, bacon potato soup, hot and sour noodles, and the traditional green onion pancakes. With increased competence in culinary creations, the young women not only prepared themselves for the Thanksgiving festivities, but they savored their cuisine with much delight.
