After a long hiatus, the branch held a movie night at the Washington DC Temple Visitor Center. The movie of interest was "Meet the Mormons." The Visitor Center allowed us to use the theater upstairs to view the movie. In October 2014, "Meet the Mormons" was released in certain theaters across the country. From the movie, 1.8 million dollars were donated to the Red Cross. The movie shares the stories of six LDS members from across the world and their daily struggles. In total, about 25 people attended the movie night.
