On this another historic day, the whole stake presidency attended our Sacrament worship service. (Parenthetically, we were informed today that our stake presidency has requested that we not use the term "Sacrament Meeting." From now on, "Sacrament Meeting" is now "Sacrament worship service.") Just two weeks after the change in Relief Society Presidency, President Raul Quintanilla released the following brothers in the Sacrament worship service: Wesley Wei as Branch Presidency 1st Counselor, Jason Liu as Branch Presidency 2nd Counselor, Benajmin Tsai as Elders Quorum President, Adam Fugal as Elders Quorum 1st Counselor, and Sam Mansfield as Elders Quorum 2nd Counselor.
Then he called Jason Liu as Branch Presidency 1st Counselor, Wesley Wei as Elders Quorum President, Adam Fugal as Elders Quorum 1st Counselor, and Lizhong Huang as Elders Quorum 2nd Counselor.
At the beginning of the Elders Quorum meeting, our stake president, President Devin Ure, set apart Wesley Wei as the Elders Quorum President. His counselor, President Raul Quintanilla, set apart Adam Fugal as Elders Quorum 1st Counselor. His second counselor, President Zackery Groover, set apart Lizhong Huang as Elders Quorum 2nd Counselor.
President Wesley Wei serves as the Branch's 16th Elders Quorum President. Congratulations, Wesley. Good luck as we move forward in God's work in the Branch.
